Take any blue gemstone or crystal, feel the coolness of the stone in your hand and imagine this colour slowly colouring the atmosphere around you so that gradually a blue mist lifts from the stone and creeps slowly around your body and above your head until it fills the whole room. Take your time to imagine this. Now send a simple message either verbally or mentally to the Angels. Ask them to come and guide you. Ask for a clue as to their presence. Then wait and just let time pass. Sometimes nothing may happen, but at other times you may here a whispered word or sentence or you may sense the aroma of Rose or Jasmine which are both favourites of the Angels. If nothing happens you will still benefit from Angelic energies as these are all around us and the stone helps you to connect with these and be at one with them.

This meditation with Angels is both relaxing and has a number of other benefits. Each time you will fill your room with positive healing Angelic energies and light. The exercise also helps your home become a radiating beacon of light that attracts Angels (Practice regularly to do this).
