Gemstone & Crystal Essences

As there are so many gemstones and crystals, the instructions given here are general and you need to focus them through some visualisation. Each gemstone holds a variety of vibrations that interact with the human body to promote specific occurrences. Begin by being aware of which gemstone property you wish to work with. Each gem has a number of properties so you need to focus on one at a time. For example, Rose Quartz (or any pink stone) can help you attract love or friendship. But you need to deal with each one separately. So two sessions with the essence would be needed, one for love and one for friendship.

Now let us begin. Take five drops (half teaspoon) of the essence in a glass of water or under your tongue and swallow. Then move to a comfortable place and relax, closing your eyes and letting all your worries fade away. Try taking twenty deep breaths through the nose and out of the nose so as to oxygenate and relax your mind and body. Now when calm and relaxed say exactly in words how you want the gem essence to help you. This can be in your mind or out loud. Then visualise in as much detail as possible how you would like the essence to help you. See healing energy flowing through you body, see yourself attracting the things you desire, see new people coming in to your life. Try to spend ten minutes doing this as your mind will subconsciously work with the essence to divert the gem energies to helping you.

Repeat daily if possible, or at least once a week. The essence work by attuning you and your body to the frequencies needed to attract your desire. The gemstones and crystals form an intricate matrix with the world around us thus helping to draw upon healing and manifestation in various ways to help you. Have faith and believe that you can manifest you wishes.
