Past Life Regression

This may at first seem at odds with current views on reality, but time is not linear where one event leads to the next and is labelled as history. Time is now believed, by practising spiritual travellers, to be a single point, a 'simultaneous time' where all the past and future coexist in the same space which we perceive in a linear way but is infact all happening at the same time. So the life of Shakespeare is at one point, say to the left, and the moon landing at another point, say to the right, and the manned Mars landing of our future is just to the right of this and so on. Essentially the future and past are all here for us to view, we just need to discover the techniques for this.

The exercises here will show you how to open doorways in time and visit past and future lives to change all your realities. By learning these techniques you are becoming multidimensional with the ability to alter time. You will only be shown how to alter your own time line, altering that of other people would be unethical and if that is your goal then those techniques will have to be learnt by yourself through trial and error.

Gemstones, crystals and fossils are excellent to use a they are in many senses timeless due to their huge evolution over hundreds of thousands of years.

Backwards in Time Exercise

Take a gemstone, crystal or fossil in your left hand, close your eyes, clench it in your fist and make an anti-clockwise circle with you fist ten times, each time saying 'backwards' either verbally or in your mind. After ten stop and decide which life you want to travel to. This very much depends on your purpose. To remove a curse you believe has been placed on a previous life you must go back one life at a time starting with the most recent. To do this simply say to yourself 'previous life' and do five more anti-clockwise circles saying 'previous life' with each turn and then wait for your mind to paint a picture for you. This may be a face, a place or a whole scene. Whatever you see try to focus on all the detail and search for a person who feels as if they were you in your previous life. The setting will probably be in the early to mid-Twentieth Century or late 19th Century (Victorian Period). Search until you find a person who feels familiar and then go into their mind, let yourself become that person, feeling their heartbeat, their blood flow, their thoughts and feelings. You are then in your past life for a brief period. Learn what you can about their life, name, occupation, family etc and then return to this life when needed.

You may want to sift through their memories for bad experiences that may have filtered through into your current life and then go back into this past life's own past to examine those bad experiences and change them. For example, once in the past life say 'Back to child hood' and do this three times with the usual anti-clock wise fist movement. And once you reach childhood then slowly run events forward in you brain, as with a video recorder, saying "forward a little" until you discover relevant areas you want to change.

To change words go to the sentences, curses or words as they are spoken to your past life persona and picture these in your mind as a speech bubble which you then rub out and do this to any words and phrases that you want to remove from this past life.

Rewriting the past is also possible beyond merely rubbing out words or changing them. You can also manipulate situations. If you find an event in a past life that you want to change you can do this by finding the correct scene, mentally reworking it the way you want. Do this several times over a month, changing scenes that have happened or words so that they completely alter that life and your own. All it takes is your imagination tied with the gemstones ability to break the circuit of linear time. You could also place books and other materials, or clues in your past life so that your past life can find and discover these. So if your past life has been uneducated and you want to change this, then putting specific books or teachers in their path so they will be stimulated to learn will work well. These books could be magickal or academic, whatever learning from that life will be passed down to your current one. This learning may then make life easier for you now. So if you want to develop your psychic abilities, enhance you mathematics abilities, then that learning given to a past life may help you today better understand those areas. If this last past life is not one you want to work with then you can go back to others by using the same technique, 'back another life' and turning you fist anti-clockwise five turns. You may want to bring about a good few changes to your past lives and then wait a week or so before reviewing it.

The proof and results from your past-life reworking will be evident over a number of weeks as this information filters down to you.

Future Life Exercises

The gemstone and crystals ability to short-circuit the linear progression of future events so that they are all available now means you could, in theory, alter your future lives as they are likely to be strongly influenced by your current long-term goals and past life patterns. Take the gemstone/crystal in your Right hand (not the left), close your eyes and turning your hand this time in a clockwise direction say 'next life' and repeat the fist clench turn and words five times. Now let your mind paint a picture of this life, it will probably be in the late to mid twenty-first century but could, if you are young enough, be in the twenty-second century. Again, as a scene is revealed to you, search for a person or character that seems familiar and zoom into their mind, get into their thoughts and feelings and experiences, begin to know them and then decide what you want to do. You may have long-term goals that you want to achieve, as it is the soul that will be in all your lives and this part of you that survives. One of the best uses for visiting future lives now is that you can become so acquainted with them, even communicate with them that when you die in your current body and move onto your next life their will be a remembering and you will not forget previous lives. One of the best ways for you now is to travel past, understand your past lives and then start to interact with your future lives so much so that you never again forget, upon death, your previous lives. You will live as an interdimensional being forever.

With these techniques mentioned you have a truly powerful way to access past lives and future ones.
