Psychokineses

To begin with you need to take an object you wish to move. It has to be a light object at first as this will be the easiest to influence. A small feather or piece of tissue paper or ball of cotton wool would be best to start with, though a pin or piece of paper will also do the job nicely. Now place the object on a table in front of you, sit down facing this and take a gemstone or crystal in your hand.

Now while keeping hold of the gemstone or crystal  you must look at the object you wish to move. Look at it carefully keeping a distance of about a meter (three feet) as this helps prevent it being blown by your breath. Now fix your gaze at the object and imagine a beam of white energy leaving your third eye (forehead). See this energy circulate around the object and gently push it in one direction or another. Practice this at least ten times a day and take your time, do not rush. You are obviously attempting to use the energy of your mind combined with the energy of the gemstone or crystal to create a powerful pulling or pushing motion upon the object you wish to move.

At first nothing will happen unless you have very strong psychic abilities. But as you practice, the object should begin to move a little. If this does happen then to repeat it you must try to imagine exactly how you moved the object, what thoughts were in your head, how you felt and anything else - this will be important for you to remember for future success as that frame of mind will be your most psychic.

There really is no more to this exercise, it is simple and can be very effective given practice and patience.
