The single terminated (large, clear with a point at one end) quartz crystal is said to give off small electrical pulses of healing energy and if another gem is placed on or near the Quartz the energies of both will merge. The Quartz point is where the energy comes out in whichever direction the crystal is pointing. So sitting in a chair and putting a Quart Crystal on a windowsill pointing at yourself will transmit powerful healing and spiritual energy to you. If you place another crystal/gemstone on the quartz then its energy will also be transmitted to you. Place the crystal on any body part for healing this area by massaging gently on a daily basis, this helps to transmit healing to that area of the body gradually bringing the changes needed. The ascension technique also helps to empower your whole body with crystal energy. To program the Quartz crystal take hold of it in your hand while in a meditation/relaxed position and clear your mind of everything except what you want the crystals functions to be. Now imagine the crystal taking on the powers/abilities/wishes you want it to have. This can be anything as the clear nature of the crystal will take on any mental and psychic imprints you wish to add to it. Simple visualisation, holding the crystal and imagining it taking on your metal imprints is all that is needed. Do this over a number of days and do not let others touch your crystal, it is best to keep it in a black pouch/cloth when not in use. Quartz Crystals are very hard and will last a lifetime. If you which to re-program it to a new function, bury in earth somewhere for a week, clean with water and then do a single meditation visualising the crystal being clear and free.
