While Wearing a crystal or gemstone or holding one in your hand.

If you want to receive telepathic messages you should wear the charm or hold the crystal or gemstone and put yourself in a situation with the person you want to receive messages from or a crowded place to receive general messages from passers by. Telepathy does not work in a simple way whereby you get clear sentences from a person about what they are thinking. Instead you will get thought pictures, a few words or most likely you will get a strong feeling.

Sit somewhere crowded if you wish and watch people as they pass you by. Look at them and imagine a cord of energy shooting out from you and connecting to the person. Then write down or remember the first words, pictures or feelings you get. These are likely to be from that persons mind. This exercise helps you connect with many different types of people and helps to focus your skills.

The other way is if you are with a person or animal. You need to make the mental connection with them by sending out a cord of energy to them and then waiting to see what pictures, words or feelings you get. This works for animals and humans. Writing the results down helps you form a picture over time about them and their needs.

Sending telepathic messages

Sit with the person (or animal), walk next to them or sit in a crowd of strangers. Then take the crystal or gemstone  in your right hand squeeze it four times as quickly as possible and think of a picture or few words you want to plant in a persons’ mind. Then mentally send that picture/words to them, see it pass the space between them and enter their head. This way you can place thoughts and pictures into peoples/animals minds so that they know how you feel about situations/life/you etc.
